Important Notice
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. Hence, your selected date is fully secured ONLY AFTER you have successfully made the deposit payment for your preferred package.

Client Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before confirming your Wellem Weddings booking.
How is a booking confirmed?
A booking is only confirmed once availability has been confirmed and the required 50% deposit has been paid.
No date will be reserved without payment.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the date and covers planning and preparation ahead of the event.
When must the outstanding balance be paid?
The remaining 50% must be paid at least one week before the event, once all applicable transport and accommodation arrangements have been confirmed.
What exactly does Wellem Weddings provide?
Wellem Weddings specialises in real-time wedding and event content creation, capturing reels, stories, behind-the-scenes moments and social-first content as the day unfolds. Where applicable, selected content may be shared or posted in real time. We complement, but do not replace, the official photographer or videographer.
Will Wellem Kapenda personally create the content at my event?
This depends on availability. Wellem Weddings operates as a team of content creators personally trained to deliver the Wellem Weddings style, quality and standard. While Wellem Kapenda may not personally attend every event, all final work is reviewed and vetted by him to ensure consistency across every project.
If Wellem is unavailable for your booking and you would specifically like him to personally cover your event, this can be discussed subject to his availability. An additional fee may apply for bookings that specifically request Wellem Kapenda due to high demand and limited availability.
When will the final content be delivered?
Selected content may be delivered or posted during the event where appropriate. The final agreed content will be delivered within 72 hours after the event, unless otherwise communicated.
Are transport and accommodation included in the package price?
No. Transport and accommodation are excluded from the package price and will be communicated and confirmed separately where required.
What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
The booking deposit remains non-refundable. If the event is postponed, Wellem Weddings will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Availability for a new date is not guaranteed.
Can clients request specific people, moments or details to be captured?
Yes. Any important people, moments, decor, vendors or special requests must be communicated during the consultation or before the event. Wellem Weddings cannot guarantee coverage of people, details or moments that were not included in the brief.
Who owns the content, and can it be used by Wellem Weddings?
All content captured and created by Wellem Weddings, including raw footage and edited deliverables, remains the intellectual property of Wellem Weddings, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the agreed final content for their personal and social media use but may not resell,
commercially reproduce, significantly alter or transfer ownership of the content without prior written permission from Wellem Weddings.
Wellem Weddings reserves the right to use selected content for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising and other marketing purposes. Any privacy requirements or posting restrictions must be communicated and
agreed to in writing before the event.
Booking acknowledgement: By paying the booking deposit, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Any exceptions or special arrangements must be agreed to in writing by Wellem Weddings.

Photographer
A photographer captures still images of your wedding day. Their focus is on professional photos, portraits, family shots, décor, ceremony moments, couple shoots, and timeless images that can be printed, framed, and used for albums.

A videographer captures your wedding day in professional video format. Their focus is usually on cinematic wedding films, edited highlight videos, speeches, vows, ceremony footage, and long form memories of the day.
